All orders placed at highteawraps.com ship from Laguna Beach, CA within 2 business days of your order date. Orders placed on a business day before 10:00 AM PST will go out the same day. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package. if for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a Cancelled Order Notification or Shipping Update with instructions on how to proceed.
We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Check back for updates as we plan to change this soon!
Unopened merchandise maybe returned within 14 days of the received date for a full refund. We will not refund any shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return. After 14 days, you will be issued a store credit, and after 30 days, all returns will be refused.
